I work carefully around areas that need to remain, helping keep the site orderly while the removal progresses.

Once the tear-out is complete, I gather and haul away the debris and complete a thorough cleanup of the work area. The result is a more usable, accessible site without leaving you to coordinate separate removal and cleanup tasks. I explain the scope clearly before work begins so expectations stay aligned from the first walkthrough to final clearing.
